The overall goal of my work as a Complementary Therapist is to work in partnership with my clients, to motivate them towards better health and to put their well being into their own hands so that they become an active participant in their recovery and health maintenance. It supports them by providing healthcare education and encourages positive lifestyle changes. In conjunction with the above these are some of the therapies I will be providing, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofacial Release Therapy, Acupressure, Hot Stones Massage, Ayurveda Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage. The therapies are devised to facilitate clients with stress management or pain management due to musculoskeletal disorders, the massage techniques are to be used to decrease symptoms and promote healing
